Once you've arrived at the pickup location, let the passenger know by tapping "Arrive". The passenger is immediately notified of your arrival.
If you’ve arrived more than 5 minutes early we'll automatically send a chat message on your behalf, letting the passenger know you've arrived early and that you'll wait until their pickup time.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes early, we recommend waiting to tap "Arrived".
If the passenger is late
If you’re still waiting for the passenger 5 minutes after the pickup time, politely CALL or CHAT letting them know you’ll need to charge additional wait time.
After waiting the 5 minutes if the passenger does not answer or no longer needs the taxi you can mark them as a no-show.
