Like you, passengers can sometimes be delayed by circumstances beyond their control. Waiting for lifts in large office buildings is one example.
- If you’re still waiting for the passenger 5 minutes after the pickup time, politely CALL or CHAT letting them know you’ll need to charge additional wait time.
- After waiting 5 minutes in the pickup area without any reply from the passenger, you can No Show the job.
The passenger will be charged a $10 cancellation fee which you will receive as compensation for your time and loss of income.
Passengers that are repeatedly not at the pickup location will be blocked from placing jobs.
Also if you leave the pickup area without waiting 5 minutes, you may incur a cancellation fee.
