Once you’ve arrived at your destination and the vehicle has come to a complete stop, tap FINISH JOB. If the passenger has luggage, it is often appreciated if you’re able to assist.
Finishing jobs before you’ve reached the destination interferes with our ability to accurately calculate the cost of the job. We are also unable to reimburse you for any toll expenses along the route.
The passenger receives their receipt via email, so there’s no need to print one unless asked for specifically by the passenger.
NOTE: if the passenger has not paid upfront for the booking, you will see 'Take Payment' rather than finish job. Please take payment before letting the passenger leave. See How do I know if I need to take payment or not?
