Our payment cut-off is 3am AEST (GMT +10 or +11 during daylight savings time). You will receive your payment on the same day as it was settled. If you were expecting payment and haven’t received anything, it is most likely because
- Your ingogo card has exceeded its maximum balance
- Your ingogo card has been blocked / locked
If you are using a personal bank account payments may take slightly longer to settle, compared to ingogo cards.
