As the devices are provided free of charge, you are expected to cover the cost of replacing the lost devices.
Please notify our customer service team immediately, so we can deactivate the devices and prevent any unauthorised usage.
If the devices are stolen we need you to to get a police report and then come into the office within 24 hours.
If you manage to locate your devices we will refund any replacement costs you have have paid to us.
