If there is any reason why you can't use your ingogo devices for more than a week, it is appreciated if you notify our support team.
As long as you notify customer support you take a maximum of 8 weeks without using the devices and still remain in possession of them.
If your leave is more than 8 weeks we just need you to return the devices back to our office. Once you are back driving again you are more than welcome to come back to the office to collect the devices again.
Drivers that do not notify support of any leave may be contacted as per our non-use process. If after this process you still have not contacted customer support you may be referred to an external debt recovery agency.
