As the devices are provided free of cost, if they are damaged it is your responsibility to cover the cost of the replacement of the broken device.
Obviously if there is a fault on our end which means your devices will need to be swapped, you will not be charged.
Also as we understand your devices may be damaged just from the constant usage, you may be eligible for a discount on the replacement cost, depending on how long you have been with ingogo.
If your devices are damaged please come to our office as soon as possible, so we can organise a new set of devices for yourself.
