Ingogo provides two main payment methods for you to choose from.
The first is your own personal bank account. If you want to be paid into your own personal bank account you will need to provide ingogo with your BSB and account number.
Receiving payment into your personal bank account does not incur extra charges.
The other payment method is what we call an ingogo card. The ingogo card is a pre-paid visa card which we will load with your daily earnings.
You can use the card the same way as any other visa card, so you can withdraw cash from an ATM as well as making purchases at shops or online.
When you sign up your first ingogo card is free, however, if you need a replacement card you will need to pay a $10 fee.
There is a monthly account maintenance fee of $5, which is charged at the end of every month.
Also if you do not use your card within 14 days, you will be charged a non-use fee of $25. See What if I don’t use my ingogo card? for more information.
When withdrawing money from an ATM you can be charged depending on which bank and which state you are in. See Will I be charged ATM withdrawal fees with an ingogo card? for more information.
