If you're seeing this error, it is generally a result of:
- Flight Mode turned on
Check that you haven't accidentally enabled "Flight Mode" on your ingogo driver phone. Enabling Flight Mode disables all network connectivity.
- A Telstra 3G / 4G Network outage
Check http://outages.telstra.com and select mobile data. Enter the Suburb you're in (or near) and check if there are any current outages.
Moving to an area not impacted by the outage should resolve the problem.
Although most of our updates to ingogo services occur without any interruption, there will occasionally be short outages. If the problem persists more than a few minutes, this is unlikely to be the cause.
