This problem was resolved in v4.1.9
Known Issue (v4.1.7)
There is a known issue in v4.1.7 and below where the ingogo card balance is not updated correctly when you navigate from the menu directly to the ingogo card option.
As a workaround, tap account first. This will display the correct balance. You will need to exit the menu and re-open it for the changes to take effect elsewhere.
We recommend checking your balance from the account menu until the issue is addressed.
We apologise for the inconvenience, and will include a fix in v4.1.8 of the driver app.
